My order for pre-order got cancelled with no explanation after I'm supposed to receive the items and no reply to my emails. It was too late to re-order from other companies. Not great.

Great place if you're a D&D player and looking for some new die, big selection with really friendly and helpful staff. They specialise in board games too so if you're after something fun for the evening that's not digital then this is the shop for you. 9/10 would come again! The only negatives is that it's not big enough. 😁

I need to start off by saying the in-store help has typically been good and the staff are friendly. However, after I enquired about if they offered price match or beat vs an online retailer due to a £50 difference via their web chat, I was told 'absolutely not' - with no further words beyond that. Having typically had decent service across several purchases. I emailled a day or so after to ask why I was met with such bluntness and to see if there was more of an explanation, as well as the follow up to ensure they'd received it was ignored. For what it's worth - I probably would have purchased the game regardless if a simply 'sorry we don't offer that' or a explanation about overheads vs online was offered, but now will be avoiding due to the service, or lack of. Ideally I could have avoided a public review as well.
