I had a phone call interview with Hamish and I felt he was very judgemental about my work history and made me feel very insecure about my current job role and salary and I didn’t feel he was very understanding. I’ve decided to not use Rule Recruitment and I strongly believe this recruiter needs to have training on displaying empathy and understanding without being judgemental in peoples current backgrounds and where they would like to see themselves in 5 years and to not be told “oh wow” when aiming high. Definitely will never be using Rule Recruitment and will be advising friends and family not to as that phone call made me extremely upset and unworthy.
