Rug city are simply terrible. I bought a rug from them online, did not receive any order confirmation or shipping details. Then did not receive the rug. I tried calling them countless times, no one ever picked up. I also emailed them and the response was automated and always asking for order number (which I never received - and yes I checked my spam folder, nothing). Having to now go through PayPal dispute to try and get my money back. Will never use this company again!

We found a fabulous rug in store at Taskers Of Accrington. We were about to purchase but Taskers would not allow us to return the rug if it did not fit. also delivery of a medium size rug is £30 When we got home so I decided to search online.. I found RugsCity.co.uk had the same rug at the best price and also they advertised a good returns policy. The rug in Taskers was £180 and it was £106 including delivery at RugsCity. We now have the rug and it fits perfectly and and looks great. Thanks RugsCity for a fast delivery and a very good price.
