On Thursday I bought return rail tickets to oxford; the gentleman in the ticket office was not only extremely helpful but also saved me a significant amount of money (the tickets were cheaper than any of the online sites). His excellent customer service has meant that I am significantly more likely to use Rugby station..... I hope his attitude/service is recognized.

Was slightly distraught today returning home after picking up my husbands ashes. Young man at ticket counter could not have been more helpful, he offered me a railcard which though it cost me £30 ended up saving me over £60

I ordered tickets to be posted and didn’t receive them so called into the station to see if I could get paper copies. Susan from customer services was extremely helpful and eventually managed to solve the problem for me.

What an absolute pleasure to travel from Rugby train station. I was feeling g a little apprehensive but the excellent COVID-19 procedures that are in place made me feel safe and at ease. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great way to start a long over due visit to see my son. Well done 👏 and thank you.

As far as the train service itself goes, it was terrible. Train out cancelled. Train home cancelled. As I rushed to meet my new twin niece and nephew before the London tier 2 lockdown came in, I felt so upset. But a kind, friendly and amazing train station employee called Sam went out of her way to help and advise me. She got me to London on time and I saw my sister and the babies. I am so very grateful to her. Also, her genuine care restored my faith in humanity a bit! Thank you, Sam.
