Hopeless. Don't even bother trying to contact them for anything. Not picking up calls, make lots of mistakes and don't do their jobs as they should. Where are our taxes going I ask? This must be the most unprofessional and unreliable council in the UK.

This place is about as helpful as a wet paper bag! I am one of four of their tenants who is asking for help with an issue that started last year. While they wait for emails to be answered, instead of making a phone call to the relevant department, the problem is getting worse and causing more upset to us all. All while they sit in their cushy offices, complaining about the workload they supposedly have.
