Although we had not used this particular legal “expert” we had been advised to contact him by a previous professional notary who was unable to assist on this particular occasion as he was out of the country. Hence, we had tried on numerous occasions over the period of several days to contact Colin in business hours. Later that week he left a message at 7.30pm in the evening not explaining or apologising why he hadn’t contacted us. When we tried to arrange a meeting using the contact numbers provided he never called/ emailed back. Customer service for a so called professional was horrendous. Avoid.

Do not use this notary. He quotes a price double the amount of other notaries for 2 documents then charges the same for 1. Which is double what every other notary charges and could care less. His response was well that's what I charge despite the fact he is aware it is alot more than the going fees. He wrote all over the documents in a very unprofessional manner and I will be lucky if its accepted and I dont have to pay to have this done again. This person is very unprofessional and dishonest.
