Brilliant - the only place I could get the kind of rug I wanted at custom size and reasonable price. Communication from the company was great throughout, they are very customer-focused. Excellent service from start to finish. Such an amazing collection of unique rugs, the best I've seen. We needed a bespoke size and Rug Artisan were the only people who could cater for our needs at a competitive price and an inexhaustible range of designs. Umar went above and beyond with his customer service and was very patient with us (despite us being very indecisive!). I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again as soon as we find an excuse to buy more rugs!
