I was bought a half spa day including 2 course lunch as a gift. I arrived and place was packed. Waited for a staff member to greet me and then was told to sit and wait for a table in the restaurant. I wasn’t given any menu or choices and 45 minutes later an afternoon tea came with a glass of water. I didn’t even enter the spa facilities as they were all so busy. This cost over £140 and I would like a refund. I made a complaint but I’m still waiting. I do not want to go back.

Another amazing stay at Rudding Park! Incredibly welcoming, friendly staff - nothing is too much to ask and always make you feel welcome with a personal experience. Rooms are lovely, and we were lucky enough to get one with a private terrace this year. Spa, pools and treatments were exceptional as always. Nice and clean, not too busy. We ate at Horto and had a delicious, fresh and locally sourced meal. Very happy all round. We will be back, again!

Lovely spa and spa facilities ie Pools, sauna and steams. The sauna experience with aroma oils and towel twirling was a lovely experience ❤️ Food choice has a limited menu. And a little pretentious.. Drinks generally were well over priced. I understand the need for profit but 44£ for a bottle sauvignion blanc...really. cheapest.!!!! and 16£ aperol spritz...come ooonn😱. The pool staff were great attentive without imposing. Polite, and humerous in a relaxed way (exactly what you need around that area) ❤️ Very competent staff.( Bruno esspecially) ❤️ and Lisa who was not lisa 🤔 ❤️ lovely. Be ware of the sneaky surchage though read the Ts n Cs. All in all our Bride to be had a lovely time... Would visit again...but may be no beverages...coffee small cup nice but 4£ give over...not gold encrusted beans.🤣🤣🤣.

Fantastic stay. We booked the north lodge for two nights. Downsides - when reserving they made a few promises and then other members of the team overruled them and took these things away - free breakfast at the hotel, early check in. Also when using the spa, the staff didn’t show me where anything was so I only thought there was a sauna and a pool and it wasn’t til some days later a friend told me how much more there was on the roof top. Upsides - staff couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived. Diane organised an early check in the end and greeted us on arrival. Sam looked everywhere for a suitable high chair and Alex chauffeured me from lodge to marquee a few times to get back for me son. The lodge is high spec comfortable and well equipped

My wife kindly decided to treat us both to a Spa Day. We arrived at about 9:30 on a wet Monday morning & immediately felt relaxed. The reception staff were very efficient & once we had completed a choices/allergies form on an ipad we were given our times for lunch & our treatments, a rubber access bracelet, taken for a quick trip round (there are water machines everywhere) & then shown how to find our locker no. by scanning the access bracelet. My locker contained a toweling robe, towel & flip-flops & had enough room to store my kit. We started with the rooftop pool which was just like a massive hot bath, it felt amazing to be in a hot pool with cold rain on my face. The pool also had a selection of water driven massage areas, which were all amazingly relaxing. The rooftop area also has a massive sauna, a large steam room, rain-forest shower experiences, foot spas, showers, loungers, a snack bar etc. Outside there is a large jacuzzi, another sauna, a relaxation room with adjustable beds, seating areas, lounging areas & a relaxation room. Downstairs there is a swimming pool with water at a normal temperature, more loungers & another massive sauna. We spent all morning between the amazing facilities & I've never felt more relaxed. Lunch was amazing, with a couple of fab looking veggie & vegan options, & the staff were just the best. After lunch we relaxed some more & then headed for our treatments; we both opted for the de-stress & energise massage/facial which was just fantastic, I think I actually fell asleep for a few minutes during my massage. We used the relaxation rooms, the visual room is just brilliant, & then realised it was time to get changed & leave. My only criticism isn't anything to do with the facilities, it's the other guests - there was a lot of 'leaving stuff on a lounger whilst not using it' going on - I thought this was restricted to German holidaymakers, but it appears not. I can't wait for our next visit.
