I paid extra to have Ruby work on my wife's hair because the receptionist of Ruby B told me that Ruby was the owner, the most experienced and the best. Heather, my wife, has always had beautiful long silky black hair but wanted to try blonde. Ruby bleached Heather's hair and left the bleach to act while she did someone else's hair. Ruby forgot about my wife having bleach in her hair. After rushing back to my wife about an hour later, Heather's hair had snapped because of the bleach. Heather's gone from beautiful long hair to nearly a buzz cut because of the lax attitude of this unprofessional hairdresser!

I’ve been coming to Ruby B since lockdowns started lifting in 2020. Over the last 2 years my hair has been transformed by Ruby herself who has done an incredible job with the maintenance of both the cut and colour of my hair. Can not recommend her enough! Top tip - always get her bouncy blow dry, it’s incredible!
