I contacted Robert in November time last year, planning to propose to my partner in March. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, a quite unusual stone and some diamond passed down from my Mother I wanted to incorporate. After a few emails Robert came to meet me and over the course of the next few meetings we decided on a beautiful design and hand picked the perfect stone from a selection, in person. Had I gone to a traditional jewellers I never would have found anything close to what I wanted and the extra sentimental connection with my Mothers diamonds made it extra special. Robert was lightning fast with correspondence through the whole process (much quicker than me!) and took extra time and patience to make sure we got it right, even delivering the finished ring to me much quicker than I expected, forcing me to find a really good hiding spot for a few months!
