Looked lovely on the outside however I recently visited the Rubbing House and had a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and disinterested in helping me with anything. They seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance and didn't even make eye contact when I was speaking to them. To make matters worse, my partner who has a demanding work schedule was unable to access the wifi during our stay. When we asked the staff for assistance, they simply shrugged and told us that it wasn't their problem. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the lack of wifi access was a major inconvenience. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to visit, I've heard Kiev is better!

Sat outside on a sunny day for drinks only. Drinks from the bar only, although table cleared from empty glasses regularly. Drink prices quite high, however nice setting so overall worth a visit
