These guys sent 49m2 of rubber on a pallet with a nail sticking out. Guess what? 3 small holes in the rubber. Not the end of the world, but two emails later absolutely nothing. An apology would do! Not buying from them again as they clearly don't give a stuff.

Originally placed an order for a conplete roof kit coming in at approx £800. The rubber roof itself came on a DPD van in what can only be described as a unravelled toilet roll style weighing in excess of 100kg, no attempt made to deliver on a roll of some description to aid the unloading. Incredibly difficult to handle and the poor DPD driver was expected to unload that mess. Eventually we managed to lay it out flat on the garden and roll around a 5m length of timber. It soon became very obvious they had sent a much wider roof than ordered, great you'd think but this stuff is very heavy. We also noticed the edge drip trim was 1 length short of completing our order. We notified via email and no reply,. Next we needed an extra 2 gutter trim corners and a very small patch corner piece of rubber. Ordered those at an obscene price and they wanted £15 delivery for a package smaller than a cigarette box. Far from impressed but needs must we thought. Upon reflection we actually managed to install and requested the order be cancelled. Guess what, it wasn't and it turned up the next day, again we contacted asking why it wasn't cancelled as requested and no-one has given a definitive answer. Incredibly poor customer service but I bet this review gets the quick response with a generic 'we're so sorry' .

It's over a week now since I placed my original order for a new roof kit from Rubbaseal. I should have paid more attention to the first red flag when the free "Next day delivery" for orders over £250 was missed and "delivery (I use that word in the loosest possible way!) turned into two days. Not an Amazon quality of service then.... Friday comes and they forgot to despatch the box that contains the glue.... "Oops, terribly sorry about that" That's the weekend job up the spout then! Tarpaulin pulled back back over and battened down. Hope it doesn't rain too much!! Call to their office to confirm missing item as per their T&C's and assured that it will arrive Monday morning without fail. Monday arrives, 4.45pm still no delivery. Phone call duly made to find out that the bloke I spoke to on Friday did absolutely diddly squat about their failure to deliver. The box never left Heathrow. Promised a box with the required glue will absolutely, definitely, categorically and without fail be delivered to Driffield tomorrow. Tuesday, 4.45pm. Still no delivery (see the pattern developing here?) Yet another phone call. It's in Leeds I'm told!! As if I'd be happy with that? I'm 60 miles from Leeds!. At least it's now in the same County!!. Still undeniably appalling rubbish service but if we set the bar really really low, it's progress all the same.... Most definitely will be there tomorrow I'm promised. Wednesday 4.55pm still no delivery. Yet another phone call.... It's not been despatched and there's no record on the system at Leeds to say why... "I'll escalate it to my office manager.." I'm told. That fills me with confidence. Surely nothing can go wrong now. The Office Manager is dealing with it! I posted the above on their Facebook page and it lasted 10 minutes before they deleted it. If only they could keep promises and deliver as quick....

Recently purchased an EPDM roof and trims from them: exactly as described, high quality product and free gift was a nice touch! Price was good and as cheap as local merchant who couldn't bits as quickly. Roof now laid on Man cave and was surprisingly easy.

I ordered a rubber roof and adhesive and paid for next day delivery. The adhesive turned up the next day but the rubber roof never turned up. I chased the order up approximately 4 times over a few weeks after no communication forthcoming. Eventually I demanded a refund as they seemed to have no idea when or even if my order was being delivered. I had to get my product elsewhere in the end as my summerhouse was left with no roof and in danger of being completely ruined by the rain. I would never recommend this company.
