Ordered food for myself and my partner, waited 25 minutes and my partners burger came out and was greasy and fatty and the chips were terrible, and 10 minutes later they still hadn’t brought out my jacket potato and when questioned they claimed I never ordered one and ordered to see my receipt, which luckily I had asked for a copy of before sitting down because they try not to give you one. Once I proved I had ordered and paid, they were very rude about saying they could make it now if I really wanted them to. I was on my lunch break to just got a refund and went back to work hungry. AVOID

Big choice of hot and cold food we had the cheese burger and chips and Pate with toast, iced latte, and banana milkshake. Burger was tough, low quality, and the chips' small portion was overcooked and hard. The Pate portion was small, not enough for the 2 slices of toast. The best bit was the butter pats used were lurpak. Latte didn't really tast of coffee. Milkshake tasted of banana but very sweet
