Do not buy from this supplier. Very poor quality logs with moisture content between 30 and 50% moisture. This makes these logs virtually unusable unless mixed with properly kiln dried logs.Some of the logs were covered with white mould suggesting that they had b een stored in very damp conditions. Very disappointing and complete waste of money.

Dont use, logs exactly as described by the other 1star reviews over the last 6 months. Damp, moldy. The only seasoning they appear to have had is autumn and winter sitting on some damp forest floor would be my best guess.

Friendly enough when I spoke to Brian, but I have to say not great logs. I've not attempted to contact them to resolve the matter, so can't comment on that aspect of customer service. Just won't use again. The logs don't burn very well and give off very little heat. I bought myself a moisture meter. I tested on existing logs I had (< 15%) and then on RTS logs - all above 20%, many over 30%. I know they're not kiln dried and I know a cheap price....but must say am disappointed.

Really happy with the service provided by Brian, delivery was really quick, within a day I think I was lucky and he was in the area, the logs he provided were of a very high quality. Really happy and will use RTS logs again for my next order

Ordered 2 bags of logs ang got delivered fine.whilst unpacking they felt wet and smelt of freshly cut wood ,I then got moisture meter out and did not find one piece of wood under 23% and some even as high as 43% I contacted RTS and was told that keep the logs and a bag of seasoned logs would be out next day f.o.c this never happened and so contacted a few days later to be told will be out today ,that was 5 days ago .Will never recommend or use again. I'm sure they are not allowed to sell logs under 2m with more than 20% moisture but they seem quite happy to do so.on the other hand if you want wet poor quality wood then these are the guys to get it from

Shouldn’t be a star at all. Damp, small logs and kindling not like the pictures on the website, offensive customer service when challenged about the quality of them ….. do not recommend and will not use again!

I ordered three cubic metres of “seasoned” firewood and the driest log I could find was 37% moisture level.
