Very reasonably priced compared to other providers and much faster than waiting for an NHS diagnosis. Slight delay due to an email that didn't make it to the school (I think I was meant to forward it on, but this wasn't made clear to me, but resolved it eventually). The lady who completed the assessment was lovely, friendly and reassuring. A fairly straight forward process. Thank you.

Wonderful experience and caring team at RTN Mental Health Solutions. I had been on the NHS waiting list for over a year to get assessed for autism, and decided to go private as I really needed clarity, support and answers. Getting my diagnosis of autism and ADHD has been life changing. I only wish I had this insight sooner. I am now looking forward to continued growth and insight as I continue to understand myself better. RTN made the process really easy and communicated well throughout. Dr. Fialho was kind and put me at ease, and helped me feel empowered to communicate and share information in a way that works for me to support the diagnostic process. Katrina in the customer service department is an absolute star, and I really appreciate her kindness and patience with my zillions of questions throughout. Really Katrina, thank you for your kindness and never making me feel like a burden for seeking lots of information and clarification! Your support made me feel that you really care. After my diagnosis I had a 1-1 session with the Clinical Operations Director which was really reassuring and helped guide me towards further support and resources. I used RTN to get my autism and ADHD combined diagnosis. Years ago I asked for a referral on the NHS and never heard anything back, recently finding out the waiting times were up to 7 years. Although it is pricey, it is worth the cost. I had the option to pay monthly and start my assessment and was able to pay the last couple of payments in one go without any issue. The process was quite straightforward, and any time I emailed to ask for a bit more specific clarifications (I struggle with needing exact information so I know what to expect), the team was always friendly and swift to reply. All the questionnaires were easy to fill in for anyone involved in my assessment and the online face-to-face assessment was perfect for my situation. We had some technical problems (later on I found out I had accidentally muted my mic on my keyboard!), but we found a solution and it went great. The clinical psychologist was friendly, didn't judge and very patient. I have now received my diagnosis and it feels right to have it confirmed what I always knew. Thank you for everything.

I was assessed for ASD. Very thorough with research. All communication was full of compassion and understanding from start to finish. It's a daunting time when you're on a journey of the unknown (for anyone), but I felt as much at ease as possible during the process, and didn't have to wait long for the report.

I used RTN for my 9yr old daughter, as I really couldn’t let her continue to struggle & wait up to 4yrs for the NHS pathway for an ASD assessment. I came across the RTN website by looking at the “Bristol Autism Support” website on private assessments. From start to finish this company has been absolutely amazing I’m so pleased i decided to take the step and go private for my daughter and it also be affordable. The payment plan really helped myself able to have her assessed. Any questions i had, I always had an email straight away from Katrina who was a star! We then had the Assesment with the lovely Josephine who made me feel very comfortable and it felt more like a conversation than an actual interview itself, she was so interested in my child’s needs and everything I had to say she was just so understanding. I’ve been through the NHS pathway with my younger son and I’ve been placed on parenting courses, and made to feel like a bad parent at times, because they decided not to diagnose him, however going through the assessment with my daughter it’s something I’m now considering for my son. I want to say anyone wanting a private assessment at an affordable price I can’t recommended this company enough they have been outstanding. And I’m so grateful I found them. All this about them wanting money etc…totally untrue. It dosent really tell you the process so I was worried but about how it works but basically, You get sent an invoice- You pay the deposit - they send pre assessment questionnaires out. You pay the 1st instalment - they gather evidence/medical records etc… You pay the second instalment- they invite you for an diagnostic interview appointment. You pay the third instalment- you receive your diagnostic report. That is very detailed and very helpful. Thankyou for all the support RTN it’s been an absolute pleasure
