Came to get a relief valve and a carbon air intake kit fitted. Guys both in RTMG and DKU are always super friendly and helpful. Maj and Lee as usual. Very welcoming and friendly, very easy to talk to and will help with anything to satisfy customers need which shows great professionalism, pride in work and good heart in general. Once again had a very pleasant customer service and a quick and satisfying job that I’m super happy with. Had a slight delay with the parts. So we had to rearrange a time but I was informed in good time and overall very happy with the work. Will definitely make another 2h drive to get more things done. Once again thank you to the DKU/ RTMG fam. See you soon!

Took my car to RTMG performance for a stage 2 custom remap on my Polo gti 1.8 DSG and it’s made a massive difference in performance and drives like a dream. Great customer service and very professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe reliable remap. Lee was helpful and friendly and answered all the questions I had. Great guys and atmosphere in the workshop and very helpful with high quality performance parts... clearly good at their job too. Unfortunately I had to drop a star as I paid serious money for a few parts on my Golf R that was expected "tomorrow" ...which then turned into weeks of waiting without being updated, I was left in the dark... I had to chase them up which was very frustrating as you can imagine! All my parts were fitted in the end and I am extremely happy with them. I will be back for sure, I just hope the customer service side improves.
