A fantastic place to work, the people are very friendly and the supervisors and managers always try to help when needed. The flexibility on offer is unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere, they're really accomodating and don't judge if something important comes up like an audition. The best thing about the job is the colleagues, I formed very close bonds with the people working here from agent, supervisors, managers and HR everyone is very down to earth. Yes customer service has its ups and downs, but you'll find that everywhere and it's more about finding a place that treats you well that counts. I would reccomend this place if you're an actor, performer or anyone with commitments outside of work like kids etc. The office is very Covid safe too and clean which is important to me.

Atrocious working environment, nasty, malicious managers, soul-destroying work, terrible pay, nothing is good about RSVP Media Response. The worst is they prey on the optimism of hopeful young actors and try and channel their enthusiasm to get sales. So there’s lots of empty hi fiving, plenty of childish games, often singing and managers throwing beach balls at each other. What their is not is a secure, professional working environment. The sighs and feeling of despair as these groups of twenty somethings ascend in lifts to their shifts is palpable. When you start they’ll have you dialling wrong numbers because they operate with quotas designed to squeeze the most cash out of their clients. They have zero regard, zero consideration for the welfare of their staff. Meanwhile the managers sit with their legs up on the desk, openly drinking cans of lager, shouting and screaming at each other like spoiled babies. And totally unapproachable, if you ask them any reasonable question they will treat you with disrespect and disdain. You have to go into a suppressed trance to survive it. Just the worst job in the meanest company. Stay away!
