Avoid at all costs. £10.5k car lasted 7 months before being uneconomical to repair due to multiple faults, large and small. An independent inspection classed the car as unroadworthy. Faults extremely possible to have been there when purchased (read between the lines) Questionable MOT put on car when purchased. I wish I’d known the 6 month law a few weeks earlier and I would have rejected the car. Edit: Thank you for your reply, maybe when your company dissolves again due to compulsory strike off by companies house as happened in 2017 you could take up a career as comedian or politician as nothing in your response is correct, the seatbelts were not even for the correct car that you ‘fitted’ but it passed an MOT with them not working, interesting. (I’m still awaiting your proceedings as well, looking forward to it! but as I’ve spoke with Nick B I realised it’s just more threats) As for looking at the car at your cost? Are you for real? I wish I could screen shot emails to this review! Your response tells me everything I already worked out about you and your ‘business’ Averages 1 review a month for a year but when a couple of negative pop up suddenly there’s 6 in 2 weeks all 5 star lol. I wouldn’t buy a wheel barrow from RSS autos and advise people to look elsewhere.

I bought a vehicle from Rav in late October. A Mercedes E220d (KS63 LHL). As a vehicle dealer myself I was very satisfied with the service and vehicle. I have done 10,000 miles in it and no real issues worth noting. For a 9 year old car I am very pleased. He also mentioned if I had a Mercedes in my own stock that I needed to access the online service history, he would be happy to help. 6 months later and he stuck to his promise. Helps me out with all the Mercedes info I need. Great guy, even better dealer. Don’t take bad reviews as gospel as vehicles can have issues and bad comments are easier said than the good.
