FAQ

How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

We prioritize the health and well-being of all pets in our adoption program by providing them with regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization. Each pet is thoroughly evaluated by our trained staff to ensure they are healthy and ready for adoption. We also require adopters to sign contracts agreeing to provide proper care for the pet, and we follow up with adopters to ensure the pet is thriving in its new home.

How do you prioritize rescue cases?

We prioritize rescue cases based on the severity of the situation and the animals' needs. Our trained staff assesses each situation to determine the level of urgency and prioritizes rescue cases accordingly. We strive to provide the quickest and most effective response to every rescue situation while ensuring the safety of our staff and the animals we rescue.

Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?

Yes, we can provide references and testimonials from previous clients. We have a page on our website dedicated to testimonials from happy adopters, volunteers, and supporters of our organization. We also encourage potential adopters to speak with our staff and volunteers to learn more about our organization and the pets available for adoption.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and an adopted pet may need to be returned. Our policy on returning adopted pets is that they must be returned to our facility, where they will be evaluated by our trained staff. If the pet is deemed healthy and adoptable, we will work to find a new home for them. We require adopters to sign contracts agreeing to return the pet to our facility if they can no longer care for it.

How do you ensure the welfare of your pigs, including their living conditions and access to veterinary care?

As a pig farm, we prioritize the welfare of our pigs by following strict animal welfare guidelines set by the government and industry standards. Our pigs have access to proper nutrition, water, and living conditions that meet their physical and psychological needs. We have trained staff who regularly monitor the pigs' health and well-being and provide them with necessary veterinary care. We also follow biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of disease and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our pigs.

I asked them for help with a stray cat that my mother had taken in, that was sick and they said it would be a priority but 3 weeks later they still have not bothered to come. The cat has now given my elderly mother scabies and she has had to lock it out of the house to fend for itself. She is now very unwell and they cat is probably dead. Thanks RSPCA.
