More of a general complaint more than anything. What's the point of a 24hr number when its shut off half the day. We found a stray cat in our garden with no collar (couldn't take it into the house because we have a dog). Luckily it belonged to a neighbour down the road, otherwise it would have been outside all night because no one at the RSPCA picked up the phone. For reference, this was at 8pm.

On every occasion when I'm in Addiscombe, I always pop in. I love the variety of clothes, shoes etc, some well know brands as well, and in good conditions. I always find the staff very pleasant, helpful and supportive. I would say to anyone, 'Pop in' there are some great bargains at a very reasonable price😊
