FAQ

How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

At RSPCA Llys Nini Animal Centre, we take the health and well-being of our pets very seriously. Our team of experienced veterinarians and animal welfare specialists provide regular check-ups and medical care to all animals in our adoption program. We also make sure our pets receive proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization to ensure they are healthy and happy.

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process starts with an application form that potential adopters can fill out either online or in person. Once we receive the application, we conduct a home visit to make sure the environment is suitable for the pet and the adopter. If the home visit is successful, we arrange for the adopter to meet the pet and spend time with them. If everything goes well, we finalize the adoption with an adoption fee and provide the adopter with all the necessary information and resources to take care of their new pet.

What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?

We understand that being a new pet owner can be overwhelming, so we provide a range of support and resources to our adopters. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns that they may have, and we also provide a comprehensive adoption pack with information on pet care, training, and behavior. Additionally, we offer training classes and workshops to help new pet owners learn how to properly care for their pets.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

While we hope that all adoptions are successful, we understand that sometimes it may not work out. In such cases, we have a policy that allows for the return of the pet within a certain period of time. We work with the adopter to understand the reasons for the return and try to find a suitable solution that works for both the pet and the adopter.

Can you provide references or testimonials from satisfied adopters?

Yes, we have many satisfied adopters who have provided us with testimonials and references. These can be found on our website or by contacting our team directly. We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we have built with our adopters, and we are happy to share these experiences with others who are interested in adopting a pet from our centre.
