We recently got 2 rabbits from the Thanet branch of the RSPCA. The whole adoption process was very thorough and very well organised. The staff are always so helpful and caring to both animals and owners. We have re homed a few animals over the years through the RSPCA and always been very impressed with them.

Do what they're supposed to do but seemed reluctant. You expect a little more compassion from the staff when they're supposed to be keen to help animals.
