From the second my mum and I walked in today the cashier seemingly couldn't take her eyes off of us. Every item we appeared interested in, any article of clothing or storage box. She was constantly looking at us like we'd stolen something. To make matters worse, the one item I did have a look at (a collapsible storage box for £4) she came over and hid the box away the second I had moved on from it. She was an older woman, wears glasses and has shaky hands. I'm unsure if this was racially motivated, but my mum and I have spent hundreds in this store before on clothing and furniture and she's served us several times before, each time gradually treating us worse and worse. This has happened 5 times now and today we decided we will not be returning.

I am disappointed with RSPCA services. Few months ago I reported to them that my neighbour is neglecting his cat and she is in a poor condition. One of the RSPCA member came down to see the cat and took no action instead, he told the owner that he's satisfied and no action will be taken against him . My neighbour didn't fed the cat properly nor he let the cat inside his house not even in the freezing temperature. I am sad to say that the cat has died few day ago. I blame RSPCA , if they had taken action the cat would have been alive today.
