Absolutely terrible service, tried getting through to admin multiple times and nothing. Pressed each of the 4 options provided, multiple times and nothing. This place couldn't be more useless if they tried. Thanks for nothing.

We called in to drop some old towels and blankets and was told they don’t take stuff in anymore but as we were there they would take them. Found staff at reception unwelcoming and not very helpful it will be the last time I go there or donate anything

My dog escaped when one of my kids left the garden gate open, I didnt even realise until I had a call from the RSPCA to say she was handed in and they got our info from scanning her tag. We got her back safe and sound and the member of staff I spoke to was polite and understanding and we got our dog back completly unharmed and happy
