I completed the contact form on 12th May to say that I was interested in adopting a cat shown on their website. I have received no email or phone call at all.

Staff clearly care about the animals, but my daughter, after speaking on the phone with Gonsal Farm staff made a 102 mile round trip to adopt a rabbit, that seemed a perfect match for our grieving bunny Belle who lost her companion on Friday,. When she got there she was told that we did not match the criteria because our hutch is not big enough. Apparently you now need a hutch the size of a shed with a run twice the size. Surely they could have saved her the trip and told her over the phone. My husband had started to build a new run for the new bunny when it arrived home until it could eventually live with our rabbit. but that aren't good enough! At the moment we have two guinea pigs, two bearded dragons, a yellow Belly slider and four cats. All adopted as their owners no longer wanted them. They are loved and very well cared for! But we're not good enough for Gonsal Farm! 😢

For two days we heard a dog being abused... the owner screaming at it, the poor dog crying in pain and fear... reported it to the police only to receive a text from them saying contact the RSPCA... called them only to be told that because we'd only heard the poor dog suffering and not seen it, they wouldn't do anything and we should contact the landlord to report a noise nuisance... can't believe that was the response... what about the poor helpless dog... this isn't about a noise nuisance, it's about a poor defenceless dog being abused... we're devastated
