Amazing to see so many oaks all in one area with more new saplings coming up. On walking other areas I find the deer management working well for self regen trees being able to take and establish. Some steep craggie ground with amazing view points currently improving access removing invasive species if you have time make a visit.

Very steep in places rough terrain and not suitable for anyone who’s unfit or have disabilities or bad knees ! The board walk needs a handrail as I was very dizzy walking on it and transferred to walking in the bog. The route down is a killer on your shins and not on a path just rough terrain. This is totally unsuitable to anyone who has small children or any minor disabilities be very careful ! Gave it 2 stars as it’s in Glenborrodale and we did see a Sea Eagle but nothing else ! Much better walks around .

Out & back path, very little to see - not worth the drive on twisty single track road. Garbh Eilean hide much better!

There is no sign post coming from Strontian, so look out for a small car park hidden in trees on right. Room for 5 or 6 cars if everyone parks properly. Never happens. The walk starts further up the road and is indeed steep and walking over tree roots. Is it worth it? If you want some fresh air, stretch the legs and silence, yes.
