My elderly fathers only toilet cistern cracked. I was unable to come to his aid as I was very poorly with Covid. I called RSK who attended his home very promptly, they isolated the incoming water flow and returned later as promised with a complete new toilet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted this company in February 2022 to request quotes for upgrade of two bath/shower rooms; left message as it was ananswer phone for RSK. No response, so contacted again around 10 days later and spoke to female who said surprised no one had been in touch and would relay message and would be in touch within next few days. I'm still waiting for them to contact! Obviously not interested in the work and don't have the courtesy to reply to let me know.
