    Recently bought a 2015 Cayman from here. Joel was pleasant to deal with, and Andy great on the handover. The car was well presented and the 250 mile drive home in the new car was great. Very pleased so far.

    Well presented car but with only 28000 miles but after just 1500 miles use had a breakdown requiring 4 ABS sensors. A known Macan problem needing updated sensors. Then transfer box is diagnosed as juddery & requires replacement. This is another known defect. Car promoted as-having Porsche warranty still valid but this negated by RSJ stamping service book. Great emphasis is made on car preparation pre sale and extensive micro detailed evaluation of any trade in but that detailed examination and preparation was missed on my car despite being recognised Macan problems. Disappointing.

    Whilst I had read and heard that RSJ's cars were well prepared, the quality of my 14 year old 911 car is truly exceptional. Reasonably priced and everything in perfect working order, clean, and with great attention to detail. I have bought new cars in much worse condition.     I had the pleasure of dealing with Joel and the team on a beautiful VW Golf 1.8T 25th anniversary that came into the showroom on a part exchange. Within a day of making the call, Joel went above and beyond on a Saturday evening to open the showroom for me to come and view the car. And I was not disappointed. The car was beautiful and we made the deal there and then. Roll on 2 weeks and the car is detailed, shocks changed and ready for collection. The aftercare so far is great and with a peace of mind warranty in mind, I am extremely happy. Will revisit again for that long deserved Porsche! A++++

    Really nice guys but when I went to purchase a vehicle they had no one on site to run through the finance package with me nor did they allow me to test drive the car. Apparently I was expected to buy it without actually having a drive of the car to see if it has any issues. Very strange sales practice. I don't think I am a test pilot as I was planning to flip my newish BMW Z4 for the Cayman. Shame really, their loss of sale. He informed me that people just buy without testing. Perhaps I am in the wrong planet by asking to test drive a vehicle before I buy.

    Searching for my first 911 I took a trip from Reading to visit the showroom. I was delighted to find a real gem, top spec and pristine 911 991 Carrera S. Andy greeted me and clearly is a Porsche 911 expert and addressed my detailed questions with transparency. The car was prepared meticulously for my collection and gives me great joy every time I drive. Since owning there have been only a few minor issues which were quickly corrected by the service team and covered by warranty with no questions.
