We have now been lucky enough to work with Laura and the events team at RSA House twice now, and it isn't enough. The venue is truly stunning and our attendees are always wowed by its grandeur, however as an event planner, working with Laura is the easiest, smoothest experience. She is attentive, provides bespoke advice for our events and always hosts us in the most welcoming way. The Great Room is a magnificent room and the layout makes it easy for speakers and attendees to maneuver around the space. The catering is delicious and versatile, whilst meeting all dietary needs for guests. The events and hospitality team are always on hand to help, acting quickly and discreetly whilst providing 5* service. I would recommend them over and over.

The couple had their perfect day! I can't thank the team at RSA House enough. The venue is fabulous and the food excellent. The wedding could not have been better. A special thanks to Amanda, co-ordinator par excellence, for her attention to detail and endless patience. I highly recommend RSA House as a wedding venue.

We hosted our company awards event here and were inspired by the underground and exposed brick so chose "rave" as our theme. Not only was the venue perfect for our event, but every member of staff was super helpful and made the night amazing. Laura in particular was amazing to work with, excellent communication, really flexible with viewings of the venue and couldn't have done more to make our event a success. Would definitely recommend this venue!

Firstly, RSA house as a venue is absolutely amazing. We fell in love with it from our first visit, and we had so many comments from guests about how amazing the contrast was going from reception drinks in the Benjamin Franklin room with its view of The Strand, the Wedding Breakfast in the Great Hall with its magnificent painting and then down to the Vaults for the evening celebrations. The only thing to watch out for is that the linens provided as standard are quite creased - and there was no option to upgrade them, we had to pay to get different ones. Hopefully RSA change this in the future because it makes such a wonderful room (The Great Room) look a bit sloppy! Secondly, I have to say the RSA House employees were amazing throughout. Unfortunately we don’t know most of their names but a name we do know is Amanda - who spent months helping us organise our wedding day and was there on the day itself to make sure everything ran smoothly - which it did! Everything ran to time, with minor hiccups being dealt with without fuss and the day really wasn’t stressful for us. The catering staff on the day were brilliant, and we had multiple comments from guests (including the grouchy ones - sorry Dad) about how good the service was, how friendly and personal the servers were and we noticed this as a couple too - they weren’t remotely put out by us loitering by guests tables when they were trying to wait on them. Someone also appeared in front of us with a tray of canapés as soon as we arrived to the reception after taking photos, which was much appreciated. When Natasha went to pick up some of our items on the following Monday morning, she was greeted by a flurry of compliments about the day, and even hugs! It’s clear that everyone involved really cares about providing a great experience in a way that you don’t see at many locations or events. Thirdly and finally, a shout out to the chef, Darren, and his team because the food was excellent and again we had loads of compliments about it from our guests. The only thing I would say is that the wine offered as standard in our wedding package was not very nice (in our opinion) and so we had to upgrade it, so I’d recommend that you bear that in mind when budgeting. Overall, we couldn’t recommend RSA House any more as a beautiful venue for your special day that will wow your guests.

RSA was the first venue we saw for our wedding and boy it set the benchmark! The venue is stunning offering different rooms for the various activities of the day including the basement vaults which were perfect for dancing the night away! Everyone commented on how relaxed i was as a bride to be and my answer was always “I booked an amazing venue and Amanda is the most amazing event coordinator!" I had no doubt that the day will go according to plan and I honestly felt so relaxed and happy on the day. This is largely due to Amanda’s meticulous planning, responsiveness and warm and friendly demeanor. In fact, the entire RSA team was friendly and accommodating on the day (bearing in mind we had one sleeping baby and two toddlers!). So many people said this was one of the best weddings they have attended and I would absolutely recommend any couple to choose RSA for their nuptials!
