We had taken delivery 3 weeks ago of a challenger dry blast cabinet it Was a huge investment for us but we have definatly chose the right company to supply and install plus your aftersales is brilliant they proved that after we purchased a barracuda wet blaster from you last year and I needed a little advice. Our company ,which working in refurbishing boiler parts , been looking for sand blasting machine , to clean small boiler parts and components ,so we get in touch with " RS Treatments LTD" team . All experience from the start to finish was excellent. Great communication throughout all process, delivered on time , no chasing needed. Knowledgeable training provided when machine was delivered , guy was very professional , knew what he is talking about and answered all my questions . Big Thanks to the team at Rs Treatments. From the very first phone call to the aftersales service, they have been outstanding! Not only have they delivered a top notch product to my door at a very reasonable cost. They have outperformed their competitors on service, price and customer satisfaction. I initially phoned another company called vixen as they have good internet presence. After 3 follow up calls they finally got back to me 2 weeks later. They informed me the machine would take 6 weeks but were willing to use another customers order to get the sale as i needed mine asap, for which i declined. Again, a massive thankyou to rs treatments and i look forward to the delivery of our next blasting machine. Cheers guys
