I had a recall with Ford, and they did completed the works, however my car had some issues that could have been easily fixed while they stripped the car, however they chose to put all back without asking me if I want to repair it because is out of warranty. Now the plastic trims are already loose, and some broken, seatbelt adjuster is also locked is no longer working. For this I would reward this review with 4 stars, and this following an investigation to make sure they did stripped the car down, which they did. I don't know if this is their normal standard practice or just on recalls. I would have liked to have ALL my problems related to water ingress sorted out when I used them, but now I have to do it again, full strip down. Service: Body & Trim

Had a car accident and my insurance sent my car here to be repaired, never met such a unorganised company, they had my car for ages and I kept getting excuses to as why it wasn’t finished on the deadline, the courtesy car supplied had an engine fault and I was told I had to deal with it, and the manager then proceeded to tell me he hopes I damage his courtesy car so he can charge me, I would stay well away from these cowboys. Shameful company. Wouldn’t use them if you have any sense. Update: was told to pick up today. Part had arrived and they then told me that the ‘fitters’ won’t fit it today because the workshop closes at 4 and they have to start moving vehicles back onto site like to say that’s more important then customer service. This is the worst company ever! Unreliable and not trustworthy. This is an admiral approved garage who her incompetent and have left me traumatised. Please see the photos attached to support what I am saying. If you or your insurer are trusting this company to fix your car, DON’T! The damages is on my passenger side when I initially had a lorry hit me. Admiral assigned this garage to do a suitable job. I’m sure everyone trusts their insurer like I blindly did. I received my car a day later than expected with no confirmation and constant chasing, takes over 50 mins for them to answer and sometimes don’t even answer. The car arrived and didn’t have a full valet so cannot confirm if the damage was repaired to high level. They left car parts in my car from I don’t know where. They said they are repairing the two wheels which wasn’t done. I drove the car on the motorway for 30 miles at 70mph and my underlay came lose and started dragging, managed to get myself to the hard shoulder without having an accident. AA recovered and repaired the car temporarily, and told me 5 bolts are missing meaning they were removed. My car has been in the garage for 2-3 months give people take and was in my sight prior to driving and after arrival. It’s not possible for them to just fall out, yes one or two maybe. There are no pot holes on the motorway so this was not due to being hit. The underlay is now damaged. I’m traumatised from what could have been a serious accident. I don’t not recommend this company. I have no idea if my car is ever going to be safe to drive. They also used all my fuel and gave it back on reserve when it was half a tank with the cost of living crisis, I cannot believe they did not return the car with the fuel. I’m so upset with the service and the treatment I have received. They have put my life in danger and my passengers. Please do not risk your car or life with this company. They need to be closed down! The manager John called me back and told me they do do valets and wants my car back to do a investigation, lol more like damage my car more! Doesn’t even know what repair needed to be done in the first place. Unbelievably rude!!! Service: Body & Trim
