Very disappointed in they're services, I had my CLS a while back for window tinting, the results at that time was not great at all, air bubbles and even the sides tint start coming off, after I called them, they agree to replace under warranty, they did even worse, the heating sistem from rear window come off partially, and when I asked why is the reason for this, the answer was "it's Mercedes". Not to mention that I give my car clean, when I got it back? Glue everywhere and all leather dirty,(like first time) don't even bother to clean the windows which they work at.
