We have ben highly impressed with the service provided by RR properties, and especially the help we have received from Amar. We are from overseas and are unfamiliar with the let process in the UK, however Amar walked us through the process, answering all of our questions. Because we were not in the UK and were unable to view the property in-person, Amar was kind enough to give us a video tour of the building and surrounding neighborhood, which helped us a make our decision to let the property for our son. In addition, Amar went above and beyond to make further suggestions regarding hotel accommodations for us when we come to move our son in. We are looking forward to meeting Amar at move-in, and anticipate that the rest of the process will be as seamless as the letting process has been. We can't thank Amar enough for his help, and highly recommend him and RR properties for your student letting needs!

Did not rent a place with RR, but the service offered when looking for a flat was impeccable. Amar was extremely helpful in finding a flat for my housemate and I, and took all factors into account such as our budget and location. He explained their operations well, and even suggested converting large 1 bedroom apartments to two bedroom apartments to suit our budget better. We did not feel pressured to rent a place, and Amar was understanding when we found an alternate place to stay.
