On May 18th, 223, I took my Discovery Sports for bodywork and a health check. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The service was excellent. The team provided excellent customer care and attention. It was my first time at RR London Garage, but it will now be my go-to for all Land Rover services. We had an issue with the rise and rotate gear selector in our Range Rover. This occurred on a Sunday as we were due to head back up from London to Newcastle. AA could not resolve the issue and we were told to find a garage to get the repair done. I called Carlos from RR London expecting to be told that it would be a few days at least to have it repaired. He said that if I had it to him before lunch he could probably have me back on the road the same night. After a few delays with AA ordering the wrong truck to pick up our car, the car was finally delivered to Carlos at 2pm. I was not very hopeful or expecting Carlos to have the car done by the night but when I rang him to see that the car had been delivered. 5hrs after the car was delivered he called to say I could pick up the car and get our way back up north. I can’t thank Carlos enough for his efforts and his attention to detail. I’ll be taking the car back to him for regular services.

I was thrilled to read such great reviews but unfortunately despite several attempts over the last month to communicate on their "contact us" page I had not managed to experience them for myself. UPDATE: I was correct in assuming this was just a glitch.very fast positive response from Konrad at RRLondon - they were having issues with their web contact form. I was down there with my ailing RRsport Supercharge within days. They are very friendly and very thorough. Sent me a video of the health check they conducted on the vehicle and sent me an estimate for everything that one could put right from faded badges to more urgent mechanical faults. the work I needed was done quickly and to first class standard....and at a very reasonable price compared to even non specialist garages in this area. My advice in this review is quite simple. If you have a Range Rover in London and have an issues with it or service required take it to RR London.

I very rarely if ever write these things but in the case of RR London, it's worth making an exception. Why? Well because these guys are outstanding, they know their stuff and as others have said in their posts, RR's workmanship and customer service is second to none. In my case, they went further than 'the extra mile' and conducted a huge amount of work on my ageing RR for which they made no charge. I will not hesitate to recommend Connor, Carlos, Arthur and the rest of the guys down there - putting it simply - they're very good at what they do and don't charge the ridiculous prices you find at other RR garages.

Called when dealer said three weeks to even look. In the next day and returned in good time. Identified the fault, and found something else that needed doing - supplying video evidence. Great guys doing a proper job. No BS on the invoice just thorough explanations at decent prices. Give them a call before looking elsewhere.

This morning my keys fell under my seat in the car and as my luck would have it into the only hole under the seat! RR London were total legends and having removed the seat and searched in the hole finally recovered them for me! If you have any car needs these guys are the bees knees!

When I dropped my car off at RR London it had approx 30 Miles of petrol showing. I was told on the phone that to check out why I had warning lights on the dash would start at £150; Which was alright. However the garage found that I had installed the wrong brake light bulbs and an electric switch needed replacing. The switch approx £20, fitting time less than 10 mins! The brake bulbs approx £8 fitting time less than 10 mins. My total bill was £311.83 so it cost a further £161.83 for the very difficult task changing brake bulbs etc. as mentioned above!! On the morning 22/11/22 I went to the garage to collect my car I was informed that a staff member had test driven my car to their home which was somewhere past Vauxhall?????? Ripping me off on the above job and test drive for no reason was not Enough I also had to wait a further 25 mins for my car and when their staff arrived in my car there was only 12 Miles of petrol left in the car!!! (Out of 30 Miles when I dropped my car to them...) They also produced a report of what they think needs repairing on the car; I bought my car for £3,800 recently. Their garage report including irrelevant jobs and sky high unrealistic labour charges totalled £8,396.03. On top of that Christian talked to me about my car like I knew nothing mechanically etc. about my car. At that point I was so furious I thought it better to leave RR London without confronting the Thieving staff directly!! (They wanted my money, they got it! Me getting vocal would have been a waste of my time, hence this review!!) Absolutely atrocious customer service and they didn't even know about the Canbus system in relation to the job they did on my vehicle due to the fact that none of their staff mentioned it at all at anytime!! & they call themselves Range Rover Specialists!!... In the event that you own a Range Rover DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING RIPPED OFF ETC. BY 'RR LONDON' GARAGE!!...
