Easily the best doctors surgery I know of after hearing others experiences of surgeries locally which are very poor. Appointments are easily accessible, the reception staff are incredibly hard working and happy to assist. The GPs at the practice are so efficient. Doctor Mohammed is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. Even the newer recruits are kind, caring and thorough. This is a model GP sugery the others should look up to, to aspire to be like.

The surgery do not allow disabled people in without wearing a mask even though exempt because of a medical disability. The City hospital have allowed me in without a mask because of my medical condition during lock down. The surgery even as at 24th October still do not recognise hidden disabilities and discriminate.

I tried to get in touch with the GP practice for days but none would pick up the phone and I need to have my test results ASAP. Google confirms it's opened as normal but no chance I can't get through them as many other days. It's so off-putting and rather annoying having to do this chasing every time I need a doctor attempting calls of 15-20 minutes that go nowhere. This isn't working for me and for many other patients like myself. Despite the many failed calls I am confident I'll be replied to immediately in here.
