Poor customer service. Attempted to charge an additional £80 cash for work that had already been approved by the engineers working for the insurers. Had to battle hard with the manager who has a very condescending attitude. In terms of job scheduling two people advise you the job should only take 3 days and in the next instant you are told it could be up to 12 days. For the purpose of balance the work on my car was of a fine standard. It was just the journey was painful Service: Painting

They dropped a hire car off to me and took my car away. They were polite, professional and even cleaned my car inside and out before it was returned. I would def recommend. Thank you.
