The guys is absolutely class. Really helpful and great at what he does. You can tell that he has loads of experience and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend going to him if you ever need anything fixed. I also have to say that I could look around his little shop for ages. Popped in this afternoon (not usually open Tuesday btw) but Richard happened to be there. Spent a couple of hours with my daughter who I think could easily have spent all day there. Richard helped her pick out the perfect separates system for her budget. Very knowledgeable and an awesome guy. Thank you! I visited the shop in December 2022 as I was looking for a vintage turntable. Richard took the time to take me through the different options he had, letting me try my own vinyl and giving me as much time as I needed to make the right decision, resulting in the purchase of a lovely LP12. When I got it home the set up wasn't right and I experienced some high-end distortion, Richard responded immediately to this, sending me a list of adjustments to try and after re-balancing the arm its sounding sweet again. Lovely guy, great service, highly recommended.
