Kind care team but male trainer left much to be desired. At no time did we see him get down to their. From start to finish our dogs remained scared of louis. The assessment in advance of our dogs joining the 21 day training programme was totally inadequate. We had to ask for welfare updates. Our dogs spent 7 days of a 21 day training programme but nothing was achieved. We would not recommend royvon to other users. Care in kennels was good but training was totally inadequate. We spent over £800 to fund this out. We are very disappointed. Our dogs were left looking desolate and sad until we could collect them.

This is the first time we have ever left the dogs anywhere. The love and care you have given Zoe and Sox was next to nothing you could see that in all the photos you sent. I would like to thank everyone of you individually for all you have done, if we go again then you will definitely be the place, we will be using. Absolutely amazing place I placed my 10yr old cocker spaniel here and my son placed his springer spaniel. Could not have wished for better care and attention. We received daily photos and updates. I have never seen my dog so happy in a kennels would highly recommend
