    Can't get through what so ever on a mobile. Just says call ended whenever you phone been like this three weeks. Had a phone call Friday doctor needed to see me as a result on blood pressure monitoring, can't even get through never mind an appointment... Absolute joke!

    Vile places, anyone that works there such be ashamed. Cancelled appointment 1 and half hours before appointment. for someone that is having breathing issues and told to come back to after Christmas or go A&E no wonder waiting times at A&E are so bad. Disgusting places

    They have this policy in place whereby you have to ring on the day to make an appointment. You cant just turn up. That would be fine if it worked, but it does not. What actually happens is you start ringing at 8:30 when they open. 145 busy tones later you get through only to wait for 15 minutes. You are then told there are no appointments available. It has been like this for over 2 years and I really wish they would do better!

    Unable to get an appointment at anytime you call ,I made 70 calls to try and get through and then was told all the appointments are gone and that’s just the way it is , it was Friday ring back Monday , what if I can’t get through then was told they will backdate your sicknote but what if I can’t get through that’s just the way it is you’ll have to keep calling ,needed a sicknote for work as I have had covid ,Was not well enough to go to work but had to tell Work I have made a decision and will get a signal when I could not acceptable I work in healthcare myself and if I treated my patients like this I would get the sack

    This place is vile the way it’s treated my mum. They are rude on the phone talk down to you! There’s never a appointment ever! So who gets them?? My mum ended up in hospital because of their negligence, she had a heart attack due to the negligence. Now she’s at home still unwell, she still can’t get an appointment. You should be ashamed of your self. Twice I have been in to to be greeted by rude horrible reception staff and get this, both times a empty reception area. Not a patient in sight!!
