  No one was there when I went to pickup the car, did not respond to repeated calls or messages. Had to pick up a zipcar and was late to my appointment. No apology, very poor. NB they somehow manage to take down bad reviews, I've had to re-post this.

  I booked a Porsche Taycan via RoyalSuperCars via the Turo app. I had a great experience picking the car up from near Victoria station and having a look around the car was in near new condition - the host Ayhan showed me some damage on the alloys and we took photos together to upload onto Turo. The car was clean and had a decent amount of charge in the battery. I was contacted on the day to ask if I was happy to pick the car up an hour later as they previous guest he overrun their booking. I was allowed to keep the car for an extra hour without charge. It was a good experience and I got my full deposit refunded. I’d happily book again and can recommend the Porsche Taycan. RoyalSuperCars are a level above the competition - the price was competitive and the service was amazing.

  Thought I would post a genuine review for these guys as I was a little nervous booking the Tesla due to the previous reviews which are either super positive or negative but it turned out to be a good experience and I'm pleased I did it. First of all, well done to them because their reactivity was fantastic and were able to arrange a hire in short notice just before Christmas. The price was very reasonable and coherent with their prices published online. They try to maximise the use of the cars, which is fair enough, so the final arrangements for pickup / dropoff can be last minute. Worked well for me. À day before pickup they did say that airport dropoff wouldn't be possible at my requested time and asked if I'd come to London Victoria. I saw a previous review bemoaning this and told them it wouldn't be possible for me but I'd sort something else out if it wasn't possible. They kindly figured out a solution to be able to come to the airport as agreed. After rental, they arrived ahead of time at the airport and verified the car so they'd be no additional costs. Very happy with this process. Within a week the deposit was refunded on my credit card and we paid for the cost of charging. Still awaiting the invoice but trust it will arrive before too long. Overall, it was a slightly less robust process than renting a Europcar or similar but having dealt with them, I would use them again in the future. The prices are fair for the cars and their reactivity was great. Thanks!

  "You are right we were agreed with your rental but once you sent us the driving licence you were not eligible to hire a car from us according to our insurance policy. We recommend you to send us your driving licence before the rental so that we can check before making your way. we are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused but we have very strict insurance policy and we cannot change it." What a joke 😂 this is a flat out lie. I sent my license well in advance of the booking, I actually sent it before being told the vehicle I had booked was no longer available and the booking would need to be modified. I was told everything was confirmed and was given a time and location to pick up the vehicle. Screenshots attached. Feel free to reply with some other made-up excuse here, seeing as you've now also blocked me on Whatsapp. Also... you've just left a 5-star review for your own business? Jheez Asvan, at least use an account that's not in your name if you're trying to write fake reviews!!!

  A complete joke and scam. I got in touch with the owner, agreed to book a vehicle, only to be told 3 days later that the vehicle (which had already been confirmed) wasn't available any longer. Frustrating but not the end of the world, the owner said he had a different vehicle which would have worked for me, so we agreed on that, and for me to pick up the vehicle from their Victoria office. On the day of the rental, I go to the location and there is no one there. I text the owner telling him I've arrived, he responds "Hi yes" and then completely stops replying (and hasn't replied since) even after repeated texts (which he saw on Whatsapp) and attempted phone calls. I waited for about 30min and then left. A complete waste of time. Use someone else if you're trying to hire a car. Also all the positive reviews are from reviewers with a single review, so I probably should have known better and avoided in the first place.
