I didn't know what to think of this place when entering through a Tardis door. We got in and straight away there were Thai traditions and cultures from the get go. We received a very warm welcome and the outside of the property doesn't do justice to the business inside. My wife and I went for a couples Deep Tissue Massage with Hot stones and what an experience and THAT'S what we call a massage! Deep Tissue MEANS Deep Tissue and the ladies were magnificent! Sawasdee Naam and your colleague too! We will DEFINITELY be back!

On my first visit I experienced a full list of therapies including ""Body Aromatherapy Full Body, Thai Deep Tissue Massage, Full Body Massage and Body Scrub, Full Body Massage and Jacuzzi Full Body Massage, Body Scrub and Jacuzzi, Reflexology, Head Massage Neck and Shoulder Massage, Foot Massage!"" As a former therapist in these area's it was an absolutely outstanding and excellent experience in every way. The setting and customer service is second to none. Absolutely best competitive prices period!. Exceptional quality of therapies, customer service and outstanding recommendation to visit. Brilliant massage but unreliable and unprofessional service. I was double booked, then my appointment was moved by a half hour then 10 minutes before the appointment it was moved again by half an hour. Felt quite messed around. Left me to get ready and left me in the room waiting for 15 minutes while she finished with another client. Would go back for the massage but not looking forward to being messed around on timings. Made to feel as though I inconvenienced them by booking which is odd!

The first 15mins were awkward, there was a lot of talking between the staff, people were coming in and out of the room, the lady massaging me left the room midway through the session to take a payment from another client and answered her mobile phone twice to take appointments whilst massaging me with her other hand. It was bizarre! After 15 minutes, I complained and asked her to put her phone away as I was trying to relax, and shortly after, a different masseuse took over. The massage from Nuch (apologies if I've misspelt your name) left me feeling relaxed and refreshed, and she ensured I received a full hour massage to make up for the initial 15 minutes. They even gave me a nicely wrapped Christmas gift on my way out.

Very professional service with high standards of hygiene and care. I personally find most masseuse don't have the strength of technique to do proper deep tissue massage with - today's massage was an eyeopener. A sustained and intense walkthrough my body isolating and working on pain and stiffness reinforced by strong muscle extension and stretching supported by hot stones and oil. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.
