My husband and I have loved living at Royal Winchester House. The building itself is in a great location and very close to local amenities. The transport links are excellent with the train and bus station a very short walk away. The flats are built to a very high quality and issues are quickly resolved when raised. One major plus point is how well sound-proofed the flats are, we hardly hear our neighbours and it has been such a positive experience. Aleks, Lucian and Carmen have been so helpful and have made our time here so enjoyable, I can’t praise or thank them enough! Also a special mention to Jessica who helped us out massively with our furniture. The only (minor) drawback is the parking situation which is a short walk away from the building but it’s not a deal breaker and the car park itself is very secure.

Excellent all around. Reasonably priced with amazing building management support. Been living here for over a year now. Location very good, close to town centre and the train to London. The building quality is above average and so far we had no problems with moisture or any other inconvenience. Sound isolation is also good in the flat. One thing I would like them to do more often is clean the windows from outside.

Nice place to live, near Lexicon, supermarket, nearly everything you need for daily living. The flat we stayed is in high storey, facing south and with tremendous sunlight all day. Good mgt and leasing team and helpful staff.
