I totally understand the staff are rushed off their feet but I asked the head nurse a few questions and I found her attitude quite rude and abrupt to be honest. There was a huge wait but this wasn't the fault of the staff. The A and E was packed. I saw one young Dr throughout who went above and beyond to be thorough, kind and informative. I got all tests needed and medication. Thank you

111 told us to go to RVI Emergency, then we went and spoke to one of nurse. She said coughing with chest infection, flu and posibly Covid sympton is "NORMAL" and she sent us home! By the way my wife and i are NHS Staff! I will complain to the head office about this!
