Expensive ineffective and unfeeling service. If I could give a zero or minus rating I would. The RVC is more concerned with money rather than caring for animals. RVC give quotes and prey on the emotional state of the owner to pile on more and more unnecessary and repetitive tests using our pets as experimental animals, thereby enabling them to rack up fees unnecessarily. Beware of phone calls where you agree to fees without realising it. Also beware of emails as there appears to be a method whereby they obtain agreement to fees without you realising that you have done so. Also read the small print as it allows RVC to change (ie increase) fees willy nilly and without your consent. RVC are totally ineffective as my pet was allegedly screened by RVC for cancer for which I paid a small mortgage and they failed to detect it. He took a turn for the worse after his tests and they did not care except for the outstanding balance on their bill. Not once did they ask about my pet’s condition just about the fees. Sadly my pet was diagnosed with cancer by another more reputable vet a few months later. Too late for him to have a realistic chance of treatment. I would avoid at all costs. AND challenge everything.

(Translated by Google) We spent a lot of money and did a lot of tests, but the cause of the disease was not found out, and some test results were not given to us. It's really bad. (Original) 花了很多钱,做很多检查,病因都没查出来,有些检查结果都没有给我们,真的很差劲

It is hard to get an appointment. They seem to have less staff than before the lockdowns. They are expensive as well
