By far the worst charity shop I have ever visited! There is no option to leave zero stars! Visited with my family and we were made to feel unwelcome by two unfriendly and passive aggressive members of staff who were trying to discreetly watch us all the time while whispering to each other. This is unprofessional and unacceptable conduct which no one should have to endure. Staff require to be re-trained in customer etiquette and engagement. Therefore, was unable to enjoy our visit so left the store and visited other stores near by like British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research, Wilkos, Superdrug in which we were treated with much more dignity and respect without being unfairly targeted and harassed.
