My partner Rob had a massage here yesterday and he would would highly recommend it. Although the location from the outside could put people off, inside is very clean, relaxing, smells wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. He had a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. Strongly recommend anyone considering a deep tissue massage to have one at Royal Thai. He felt extremely welcomed and relaxed throughout the visit and will definitely be coming back - what an experience and highly recommended, thanks.

I started coming here over a year ago during exam season stress. I was met with such care and have been a regular with Ann ever since. I trust her with amazing and careful pressure and the other staff are wonderful too with brilliant technique. You will be looked after and your body will feel much more open and less tense after you leave. Can't recommend this place enough, I tell anyone in Cardiff to come here if they need a masseuse. Will be loyal to Ann forever! :)

Best massage I've ever had. Was so relaxing and my legs feel amazing. I've got abdominal issues and can't lie on my stomach and Noi was incredible at accounting for that. I will defo be back and I reccomend anyone to go there as I can't praise it enough.

This is my 5/6th time visiting them. Whoever said that their place is dirty or too cold is NOT true. Believe me, when I say their place is the most comfortable place I ever been too and continue visiting. They always make sure the room that you enter to get your massage will be warm, they always gives me a hot tea from their country whenever I got stomach problems or feel nauseous. They truly go beyond, they do everything to make sure you comfortable. There’s no other place that I know of that would go beyond what they do. You won’t regret going there. It’s so worth it.

Not happy with the massage - in an industrial area, not very clean, the room started off warm but was freezing by the time I was done; have had far better thai massages. Wouldn't recommend! :(
