Very unhappy with R&SA due to them breaching confidentiality and mis-selling my B&C policy. Having reported the breach of confidentiality to HO they didn’t seem to care, so the next step is to escalate to the FCA. Suffice to say I have taken my business elsewhere and won’t be using R&SA in future.

It’s now been weeks since the date set by the court, I still haven’t received payment and no one is answering my solicitor’s calls. I will be reporting to the financial ombudsman. They clearly think they are above the law.

A terrible company, they have no care to the customer. I made a phone call in 2021 to see if I had accidental cover.I was told I was not covered,which was fine. But since then I have found out that they have put this down as a claim which now affects my premium.I have emailed to kindly ask if this call can be removed but they are refusing to do so.
