Highly prized Malaysian Pewter, great selection from chopsticks to walking sticks. I lived in Malaysia and bought a ton of it there, but Battersea Power Station shop has some favourites from exquisite photo frames and traditional to contemporary tea cadies and tea sets and my particular favourite the wine decanter in the shape of a whale. Web site opening times seem incorrect as it was open till 9pm on the Saturday evening we visited.

What can I say about the customer service from Royal Selangor, Superb! We have a wine funnel from Selangor, that my wife loves. While I was washing it after use I dropped the sediment filter, which was grabbed by our dog. It is safe to say that it is no longer functional. I emailed the Company, who responded directly and promptly. I spoke to Carlos, the Retail Manager who was so very helpful. I emailed my address and have today received two replacement filters, totally free of charge. Carlos explained that there is normally a charge for a replacement, but given the circumstances he was happy to send a replacement. This is certainly an example of excellent Customer service and I cannot recommend Royal Selangor highly enough. Roger Pegg Highly satisfied customer
