    I'm looking to spend £5-7k on a vehicle hire and subsequently shopping around. This guy called Adam basically told me that my enquiry has been submitted 6 times to their head office and swore really badly at me then said "yes you heard me" and then disconnected the call. Clearly he has no fleet of his own and has contacted all the companies who I have already directly contacted to try and broker a deal and made an embarrassment of himself. Absolutely do not trust this company or any other businesses displaying his mobile phone number. ***UPDATE*** The business has tried to claim it was not them but it is DEFINITELY Adam from Royal Rentals who swore at me, not the first review that shows he can be aggressive to people when questioned or things don't go his way, and now lying to cover himself to try to save his reputation. I'd rather give my business directly to Platinum Executive Travel or Eminence in Birmingham than pay a broker fee to him!

    Great service from my chauffeur qassim at royal rentals who drove the black bentley bentayga for my denbigh high school 2018 prom. Had an amazing time and i was driven safely the whole time even while on the motorway. Then qassim even treated my friends and i to mcdonalds too. Had a great day and would highly recommend the company.
