Five stars to the staff on ward 3 where I was so looked after with the best care provided by the nurses Charlotte and Sam 😊. Also De Carpentier was a brilliant surgeon made me feel very relaxed. One star for booking services! My appointment letter stated My surgery was at Chorley hospital where I traveled too in the morning ! I even rang booking services and was told I was being impatient (The ward was closed) When in fact it was at Preston hospital. Nearly missed my procedure I have been waiting a year for also received a 60 pound parking fine. Luckily the sister on ward 3 was able to accommodate me and apologized on their behalf.

HCAs I forgot their names, tried to help them because they are short of staff, very ignorant, if you don't like your job just go! Special thanks to Martha staff nurse from Acute Stroke Unit, an amazing nurse, beautiful inside and out, who look well after my late husband.

visited Royal Preston Hospital in January 2023 for a planned operation. I was admitted to the hospital on the day of my operation and was given a single room on a ward with four other patients. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a thorough pre-operative assessment and was well-prepared for my operation. My operation was a success and I was discharged from the hospital two days later. I was very impressed with the care I received at Royal Preston Hospital. The staff were all very professional and caring, and I felt safe and well-looked after at all times. I would definitely recommend Royal Preston Hospital to anyone who needs hospital care.
